In honor of American Thanksgiving this week, here’s a photo of a perfectly seasonal fall dessert.
It’s getting colder here in New York now, so for me fall desserts involve warm flavors with pumpkin and chocolate, carrots, zucchini, carmel, cream cheese… ok now I’m hungry.
This carrot cake cupcake was exactly what November asks for, even if I did eat it in the heat of the Sonoran desert in Arizona. Happy dessert eating Thankgiving-ers!
